A Roanoke native, Jackie brings strong community ties and experience working within mission-driven organizations. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Hollins University and spent 15 years in the nonprofit sector throughout the Roanoke region, including experience serving in leadership roles across nonprofit organizations. She is excited to apply that experience in a new professional chapter.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys reading—particularly dystopian and speculative fiction—traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys maintaining her yard and searching estate sales for unique home décor.

She shares her home with her two cats, Prim and Huck (formally known as Huck L. Barry, Attorney at Paw).
